The national development and Reform Commission (NDRC) is the macroeconomic policy issuing department of aluminum products industry. It conducts macro-control over the development of the industry by irregularly issuing the guidance catalogue of industrial structure adjustment, listing the technologies and projects that are encouraged, restricted and eliminated in the non-ferrous metal industry. The industry self-discipline management organization is China nonferrous metal processing industry association. According to the statistics of China nonferrous metal processing industry association, as of 2008, there were about 680 aluminum profile production enterprises in China, with a total capacity of about 10.5 million tons and an average capacity of 15000 tons. At present, the main enterprises in the domestic aluminum profile industry include Liaoning Zhongwang Group Co., Ltd., Jilin Midas Aluminum Co., Ltd., Jilin Liyuan refining Co., Ltd., and Jiangjian Group Co., Ltd
